"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." — 2 Timothy 3:16
The Bible — the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments — is the written Word of God: inspired by the Holy Spirit, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme and only infallible rule of faith and life. Everything we believe, preach and practice is tested by Scripture.
Sola Scriptura
In the Reformed tradition, Scripture alone is the final authority — above every council, tradition and private opinion. The Holy Spirit, speaking through the Word, is the church’s sure guide; the preaching of the Word is therefore at the centre of Presbyterian worship.
How We Live It
At Nkoroi the Bible is read aloud in every service, preached every Sunday, studied in Church School, fellowships and midweek meetings, and treasured in our homes through family worship and daily devotion.
